About these terms
These terms describe your use of SipLog, provided by Lighbulb Apps. Questions can be sent to support@autotap.app. Your use of the app is also subject to the applicable Apple App Store terms and, where applicable, Apple’s standard licensed application agreement. These terms do not take away mandatory consumer rights.
A personal logging tool
SipLog helps you record drinks, alcohol-free days, expenses, and personal observations. It is intended for adults. You are responsible for the information you enter and how you use the app.
SipLog is not a medical service. Its calendars, comparisons, calculations, and reminders do not diagnose conditions, measure intoxication, establish that drinking is safe, or determine whether you can drive. Seek qualified professional advice for health concerns.
Free features and Lifetime Pro
Calendar access, unlimited logging, basic Insights, the small quick-add widget, and basic data export are free. Optional Lifetime Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase for the Pro features described in the app. It is not a recurring subscription.
The purchase sheet shows the applicable localized price before you confirm. Apple handles payment and applicable taxes. Restore purchases is available in Settings and the paywall; restoration depends on the relevant Apple Account and purchase eligibility. Lifetime refers to the non-expiring Pro entitlement, not a promise that every future product or service will be included or that the app will remain available indefinitely.
For billing and refund requests, use Apple’s purchase support. Any rights you have under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
Your data and backups
Your diary is stored locally. You retain your rights in the information you enter. Protect access to your device and keep any copies you need before deleting the app or replacing a device. Basic export produces a file you can keep; it is not a promise of an in-app import or recovery service. We cannot restore diary data that we do not hold.
When you share a recap or export, you choose its recipients and destination. See our privacy policy for details about local data and online services.
Calculations and availability
Statistics depend on recorded information. Missing entries are not alcohol-free days. Serving counts are distinct from standardized alcohol quantities. Recorded spending reflects entered expenses, and estimates depend on their stated assumptions. Different currencies are not automatically converted.
Features may require a compatible version of iOS or an internet connection for purchases and online services. We may release updates and make changes to improve or maintain SipLog. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free results.
Responsible use
Use SipLog lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt its services, bypass purchase protections, or access information you are not authorized to access. The app’s software, branding, and artwork remain the property of their respective owners; downloading SipLog does not transfer ownership of them.
Responsibility and your rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SipLog is provided as available without additional guarantees. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory rights relating to digital products.
Changes and contact
