About these terms

These Terms & Conditions describe use of Lottery Numbers and this website, provided by Lightbulb Apps. Questions can be sent to support@betscore.app. Please read them with our Privacy Policy.

Your use of the app is also subject to applicable App Store terms and, where applicable, Apple’s standard licensed application agreement. These terms supplement rather than replace those terms and do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

An independent information tool

Lottery Numbers helps you explore historical number frequencies, generate combinations, and organize saved sets. It does not sell lottery tickets, accept wagers, administer draws, or pay prizes. The app is not an official lottery operator and is not endorsed by the lotteries whose names or logos appear in it unless expressly stated.

Historical frequency counts, rankings, and generated combinations do not predict future draws or improve the mathematical odds of a valid combination in a fair random draw. No feature, free or paid, guarantees a win or financial return. Nothing in the app is financial or betting advice.

Eligibility and responsible use

Use the app only as permitted by applicable law and any age requirements that apply to you. If you choose to participate in a lottery elsewhere, you are responsible for meeting the operator’s rules and your jurisdiction’s legal age and eligibility requirements. Do not spend money you cannot afford to lose or treat historical statistics as a reason to increase spending.

Data, calculations, and availability

Lottery data comes from external sources and may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Counts may cover periods with different game rules. A download time is not necessarily the date of the latest included draw. Game rules, number pools, prices, and schedules may change.

Always verify current rules, results, and any claimed winnings with the official lottery operator. Generated and saved sets are not tickets or proof of purchase. Internet access may be needed to refresh data and use online features; cached content may be out of date. We do not promise uninterrupted access, complete historical coverage, or error-free information.

Free features and optional Pro

The app offers free features and an optional one-time Pro upgrade. Pro removes advertising and enables unlimited saved sets, number locking, generation of five sets at once, and CSV export. The app displays the available offer and localized price before purchase. A disabled purchase button does not start a transaction. Apple processes purchases, and RevenueCat validates purchase status and manages access.

Pro is a one-time upgrade, not a recurring subscription. The localized price and purchase conditions shown in Apple’s checkout apply before you confirm. Apple handles payment and applicable taxes. Restoration is subject to the relevant Apple Account, product availability, and purchase eligibility.

A one-time entitlement does not promise that the app or every future feature will be provided indefinitely. This does not reduce any mandatory consumer remedies or commitments made at purchase. For billing and refund requests, visit Apple’s purchase support.

Saved sets, exports, and backups

Saved-set reminders are optional personal reminders, not official draw alerts or ticket deadlines. Their delivery depends on iOS permissions, device settings, and availability. We do not guarantee delivery at a particular time.

Saved combinations and preferences are stored locally. You remain responsible for protecting access to your device and keeping copies you need before removing app data or changing devices. The app does not currently provide account-based recovery of saved sets. An export or shared copy is not a promise of in-app import or recovery.

You retain your rights in information you enter. Sharing sends it to the recipients and services you choose. Their terms and practices apply to those copies.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not misuse the app, interfere with its services, circumvent access controls, distribute malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or other people’s information. Restrictions do not override activities expressly permitted by applicable law.

The app’s software, design, and original content belong to their respective owners. Lottery names, trademarks, logos, and third-party data remain the property of their owners. Access to the app does not transfer ownership of those materials or grant rights beyond the applicable license.

Third-party services

The app may display advertisements, open external links, and use third-party services. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices. Their inclusion is not a guarantee of their accuracy, suitability, or availability. We remain responsible for our own obligations under applicable law.

Responsibility and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and information are provided as available without additional warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. You are responsible for decisions made using the information, including any lottery participation outside the app.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or other matters that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory rights and remedies relating to digital products, privacy, or consumer protection. Any limitation applies only to the extent enforceable under the law applicable to you.

Updates and contact

We may update the app and these terms to maintain the service or reflect changes in features or law. The date on this page identifies the current revision. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. You may stop using the app at any time.
