LOTTERY NUMBERS / LEGAL

Privacy Policy

What stays on your device. What our services receive. And the choices you have.

At a glance

Your saved combinations stay on your device unless you share them. The app uses online services for lottery data, advertising, diagnostics, and notifications. Notification registration can begin before you opt in to receiving alerts.

Who we are

Lottery Numbers is provided by Lightbulb Apps (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how information is handled by the Lottery Numbers iOS app and this website. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@betscore.app.

Information on your device

Saved number combinations, their names and dates, favorite lotteries, appearance preferences, and onboarding progress are stored locally on your device. The app also caches downloaded lottery data for offline viewing. No account is required, and the app does not provide account-based synchronization of saved combinations.

Our app integrations do not upload the contents of your saved sets or their names as analytics events or notification-registration data. Device backups and transfers may include local app data, depending on your Apple settings.

Lottery data and online services

The app contacts our lottery data service to download game information, historical frequency counts, and image locations. Displaying lottery logos and notification images can contact the hosts serving those files. Like other internet services, these systems receive connection information such as an IP address and technical request details needed to deliver, maintain, and protect the service.

The app does not request access to your contacts, photo library, or precise device location to provide its lottery features. An IP address can nevertheless reveal an approximate location.

Advertising and tracking

Where required by the advertising consent service, Settings includes Privacy choices so you can revisit your advertising choices. Tracking permission can separately be changed in iOS Settings.

The free app includes advertising through Google Mobile Ads, accessed through AdSDK. Google’s SDK may process IP addresses, device or advertising identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostic or performance information for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention. The data processed depends on configuration, permissions, and consent choices.

Where applicable, iOS asks for permission before access to the advertising identifier for tracking. You can allow tracking or ask the app not to track. You can change that decision in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Refusing tracking does not remove the app’s free features or necessarily remove ads, and does not turn off all analytics or service communications. Regional advertising-consent messages may also apply.

See Google’s privacy policy and Google Mobile Ads data disclosures. Advertising-related disclosures may qualify as “sharing” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws; contact us about the rights available where you live.

Analytics and diagnostics

The app integrates Google Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring, and Remote Config. These services can process app-instance identifiers, device and app information, feature-use events, crash reports, network-performance measurements, and configuration information to help us understand usage and maintain reliability.

Our custom analytics events describe actions such as generating numbers, opening lottery details, or sending feedback; they do not include the generated combinations, saved-set names, feedback text, or your email address. Feedback itself is sent separately to our support service when you submit it. The current app does not offer a separate analytics opt-out switch. See Firebase’s privacy information.

Notifications and installation records

The app uses PushCore and Apple Push Notification service. PushCore creates or recovers an installation record when the app launches, even before you decide whether to enable notifications. It processes an SDK-generated device identifier, installation information, device model, operating-system and app versions, language, locale, country setting, time zone, and notification-authorization status. An Apple push token is attached when available. The service also receives network connection information.

Installation identifiers and credentials are protected in the iOS Keychain and may survive reinstallation. Notification interactions and badge state may be processed to operate the service. Rich notifications may download images from the media host specified in the notification.

The app asks to display notifications only after you choose to enable them. You can change notification permission in iOS Settings. Turning notifications off stops permitted notification delivery; it does not by itself delete an existing installation record or prevent all installation synchronization. Saved combinations are not attached to PushCore registration.

Optional saved-set reminders are scheduled locally through iOS. Their schedule and notification content remain on your device and are not sent to PushCore to schedule delivery. Reminder text can appear on your lock screen according to your iOS notification settings. You can edit or remove a reminder in the app; deleting its saved set cancels its reminder. Delivery timing is controlled by iOS, including Focus and notification settings.

Sharing and support

When you copy, export, or share a combination or frequency table, you choose the destination. The recipient or selected service handles that copy under its own practices. Be mindful of information included in saved-set names.

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you send. In-app feedback submits the email address and message you enter, together with the app name and iOS version. We use this information to address your request and maintain support records. Do not send payment-card information, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information to support@betscore.app.

Purchase information

Apple processes payment for the optional one-time Lottery Numbers Pro upgrade. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases, restore access, and manage Pro entitlements. RevenueCat processes purchase and transaction information, product identifiers, entitlement status, and a generated app-user identifier, together with technical information needed to provide the service. The app does not require you to create an account or provide RevenueCat with your name or email address.

We do not receive your payment-card details. Purchase status and purchase-flow events may also be recorded in our app analytics. Purchase records may be retained to provide restoration, resolve billing issues, prevent fraud, and meet applicable obligations. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy and Apple’s privacy policy. Contact us about privacy requests; Apple handles payment and refund requests.

This website

This website has no added analytics scripts, advertisements, forms, external fonts, or tracking cookies. GitHub Pages hosts the site and may process technical request information to deliver and protect it. See the GitHub privacy statement. Email links open your mail application, and external links take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Retention, deletion, and your rights

Local saved sets remain until you delete them or remove the app’s local data. Backups, shared copies, Keychain entries, and server records are separate; uninstalling the app does not necessarily erase them. We cannot remotely retrieve or erase combinations held only on your device.

Service data is retained according to the relevant provider’s configuration and retention practices and the operational or legal purposes for which it is processed. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve requests and meet related obligations. Contact us for information about retention applicable to a particular record.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, restriction of processing, or object to certain uses, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Send requests to support@betscore.app. We may need proportionate information to verify your request and locate service records; do not send passwords, push tokens, or installation credentials. Some information may need to be retained where law permits or requires it.

Security and international processing

The app uses iOS storage protections, Keychain for PushCore credentials, and encrypted connections to its configured online services. No system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your device and the copies you share.

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Their privacy documentation describes their processing arrangements and applicable safeguards. The grounds for processing depend on the activity and applicable law, including providing requested features, maintaining and protecting services, legal obligations, and consent where required.

Children and policy updates

Lottery Numbers is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support@betscore.app. Any participation in a lottery outside this app is subject to local age and eligibility requirements.

We may update this policy when the app or its services change. The revision date identifies the current version. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes.
